Ternyata pabrikan asal Amerika, Motorola juga ingin ikut eksis di dunia smartphone. Ini karena Motorola meluncurkan produk mereka yaitu Motorola RAZR i XT890, sebuah ponsel berbasiskan Android Ice Cream Sandwich ini memiliki layar seluas 4.3 inci dengan resolusi sebesar 960 x 540 piksel. Pengguna juga bisa mengupgrade OS nya ke Jelly bean. Layarnya berteknologi AMOLED dengan capacitive touchscreen yang cukup responsif. Ponsel yang berbobot hanya 126 gram ini berprosesor 2 GHz Intel Atom. Menggunakan GPU PowerVR SGX540 dan RAM sebesar 1GB. Kameranya beresolusi 8MP memiliki kemampaun merekam video 1080p sedangkan kamera sekundernya hanya 0.3MP. Memori Internal ponsel ini adalah 8GB dan tersedia slot microSD untuk diekspansi.
