Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX HD merupakan sebuah ponsel yang dapat menjalankan jaringan GSM, CDMA dan telah mendukung koneksi cepat LTE. Ponsel ini memiliki layar seluas 4.7 inci dengan resolusi 720 x 1280 piksel. Memiliki bobot hanya 157 gram, ponsel ini memiliki prosesor Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 1.5GHz dual-core, RAM 1GB, dan sistem operasi Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich dan dapat di ugrade ke Jelly Bean akhir tahun ini. Mendukung NFC, slot microSD pun disediakan untuk memperluas kapasitas memori yang internalnya sebesar 16GB dan 32GB. Ponsel ini juga memiliki baterai dengan kapasitas yang lumayan besar, sehingga mampu membuat ponsel ini tahan lama dalam penggunaan sehari-hari yaitu sebesar 3.300 mAh.
